  • Fast Dispatch: Most orders are shipped within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days. For express shipping options (available at an additional charge), please contact our customer care.
  • Split Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, potentially within 48 hours of one another.
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping details, including your mobile number, PIN code, and address, are correct at the time of order placement.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide with two convenient options:
  • Standard Shipping: Starting at just USD 9.99, with delivery timelines of 6–12 working days.
  • Express Shipping: Premium delivery via FedEx, DHL, or Aramex within 4–6 working days. Charges are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Customs duties or import taxes, as per your country’s regulations, are payable directly to the customs authority and are not included in the shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. Post this window, all sales are considered final.
Personalized Products
  • Customized items are uniquely crafted and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Non-Personalized Products
  • A 3-day exchange window is available upon receipt of the product (subject to approval).
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • Exchanges are processed for items of similar value, subject to availability.
