JUICE Returns & Warranty Policy
At JUICE, we are committed to creating eco-friendly, sustainable products that are not only thoughtful but also durable. From backpacks to school bags, our items are made using fabric derived from recycled PET bottles, produced through slow and sustainable processes to reduce waste and our carbon footprint. To ensure your satisfaction, we’ve designed a safe, transparent, and customer-friendly returns and warranty policy.
When Can I Return a Product?
You may initiate a return in the following scenarios:
- Damaged Product: While our dedicated Quality Control Team ensures the highest standards, occasional oversights can happen.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
Additionally, all JUICE products come with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including:
- Backpacks or School Bags: Issues like zipper snags, stitching defects, or material abrasion.
If a product is damaged due to normal wear and tear or if accessories are lost, we regret that we cannot repair or replace it.
Exceptions
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than the ones mentioned above, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Timeline
- Initiate Returns: Within 48 hours of receiving your product.
- Return Window: Products returned after 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Step 2: Ship the Product Back
Once your return request is approved, ship the product to the address below. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as we do not currently offer reverse pickup services.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Once the product is received, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it.
- If approved, we will process your exchange, replacement, or issue a merchandise credit for the same amount.
- Resolutions are typically completed within 10 days of receiving the return package.
Special Conditions for Returns & Refunds
Discounted or Sale Items
Returns and replacements are not accepted for discounted or end-of-season sale products.
Packaging & Condition
- Returns must include all original packaging, such as bags, tags, boxes, invoices, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Used, soiled, or altered items will not be eligible for returns and will be sent back upon request.
Delivery Condition
Please do not accept packages that are damaged, opened, or soiled upon delivery.
Refund Policy
At JUICE, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide:
- Exchange: Swap your product for another of your choice (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: Receive a credit note valid for 1 year for the value of the returned product. Store credits are non-transferable.
Terms & Conditions
- Final Decision: Eligibility for returns is determined solely by the JUICE Quality Assurance Team.
- Partial COD Payments: COD payments made in part are non-refundable if the order is not accepted.
- Personalized Products: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Warranty: All products come with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
